I have an Inspiron 15 with Windows 8 from the factory. When I bought it in January 2014 I did a system and data back up to an external hard drive. I recently updated to Windows 8.1 and now the Dell Back Up feature is no longer available to use. The buttons are grayed out. I don't want to upgrade to the Premium pay service that Dell offers. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, whats the fix?
